For his Saturday Talk, 00:/ co-founder and architect Indy Johar discussed the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion 2013 designed by Sou Fujimoto in the context of politics and semiotics.

00:/ is a London-based strategy and design practice. With a foundation in delivering award-winning architecture and commissioned research into the built environment, 00:/ is driven by an aspiration to create genuinely sustainable places founded on evidenced social, economic and environmental principles.

Indy Johar, co-founder of 00:/, is a qualified architect and regeneration consultant with particular experience in socially driven sustainability. He has delivered significant large-scale multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder projects, including a series of research projects focusing on sustainable futures; from affordable neighbourhoods, future planners and sustainable suburbia to high utilisation workspaces. He previously worked at Penoyre & Prasad Architects. Johar is an Associate at Demos, the cross-party think tank, and has taught at TU Berlin, University of Bath, the Architectural Association and University College London. He has recently lectured at the Art and Ecology Conference in London, the Commission for Architecture and Built Environment, the London School of Economics and the Royal Academy.
