The Serpentine Galleries is delighted to present Cityscape, a new limited edition print by Alex Katz. Produced on the occasion of his exhibition, Quick Light, which focuses on Katz’s unique approach to landscape, this print depicts an urban cityscape of sharp contrasts between light and dark.

Alex Katz (b. 1927, New York) lives and works in New York and Maine. He graduated from the Cooper Union School of Art, New York in 1949 and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Maine in 1950.
