Zhawi’s poetry reflects the dialogue between multiple cultures and places as well as how art and education can be used as intersectional tools.
Zhawi and an invited guest will lead a series of creative writing workshops with school groups exploring the themes of home, memory and cityscapes.
All the July workshops are now fully booked.
The workshops are free to state-funded schools in the Greater London area and for groups of up to 30 students, 8-15 years old (Years 4 – 10).
For more information or to enquire about October workshops please contact: Joanna Slusarczyk, Assistant Education Curator: [email protected]
