Thinking together about how sounds create a sense of place, the group asked: What are the sounds of home? What does home mean to us? What emerges when we listen together?

The group also explored other listening and sound practices, which ranged from making sound recordings of the local area, visiting an anechoic chamber, creating soundscapes from archival material and using contact mics to transform household objects into instruments. To close the project the group took part in a DJ workshop and held a party.

The 2019 Youth Forum were Ain, Alex, Fatima, Maryam, Razan, Samar, Shaquan, Tania, Tayeba, Ulrika, Wissal, Zenab.
