The Serpentine presented a weekend of artist-led workshops for children and families, responding to Faith Ringgold’s summer exhibition and exploring the themes of art, activism, poetry and print.
All activities were free and for families with children of all ages.

Create a city of the future with design duo Namuun Zimmerman and Rike Glaser. Use collage and drawing to create a banner that shows a fairer way of living together, inspired by the work of Superstudio, a radical architecture movement of the 1960s and 70s.

Explore a selection of contemporary and historical children’s books selected by Round Table Books in collaboration with Serpentine Education. Round Table Books is a Brixton based bookshop who specialise in diverse and inclusive children’s titles.
