There are baby changing rooms located at both the Serpentine Gallery and the Serpentine North Gallery.
There is dedicated cycle parking within the grounds of both galleries and Cycle Hire Docking Stations nearby.
There is metered car parking in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park – we encourage visitors to walk or use public transport where possible.
Bags and Luggage
The Serpentine has no cloakroom facilities and cannot accommodate large holdalls, rucksacs or wheelie bags during your visit. Only one, reasonably-sized, personal bag per visitor will be permitted. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Each gallery has a wheelchair available. All spaces are wheelchairs accessible.
Blind and visually impaired visitors
Large Print exhibition guides are available upon request at the information desks at both Galleries. Our Gallery Hosts are specially trained to introduce and discuss the artworks with all visitors. Saturday Talks can be accompanied by BSL interpretation upon request.
Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the Galleries.
There are several dog rings outside the Serpentine Gallery where dogs can be kept for short visits.
Dogs on leads are welcome inside the Serpentine Pavilion.
