Toilets & Baby Changing

Our toilets and baby changing are currently closed to visitors due to COVID-19.

If you identify as disabled, you are welcome to use the toilet. Please speak to a member of the Visitor Experience team. These facilities are cleaned in between use because of COVID-19 and we regret there may be a wait to use the facilities.

There is dedicated cycle parking within the grounds of both galleries and there are Cycle Hire Docking Stations nearby. Bicycles can be parked at the owner’s own risk.

Car Parking

There is metered car parking in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. We encourage visitors to walk or use public transport where possible.

Bags and Luggage

There are no cloakroom facilities and we cannot accommodate large holdalls, rucksacks or wheelie bags during your visit. Only one, reasonably sized, personal bag per visitor is permitted. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Each gallery has a wheelchair available. All spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Due to COVID-19 we have less seating in the exhibition than usual to reduce high touch areas. Stools are available upon request. Please ask a member of the Visitor Experience team.

Blind and visually impaired visitors

Our exhibition guides are in large print.

Our Gallery Hosts are regularly trained to introduce and discuss the artworks with all visitors.

Curator tours have currently been suspended due to COVID-19, but we look forward to resuming them in the future.

Audio description

We have curated and produced audio tours that interpret the exhibition. These can be listened to via the Bloomberg Connects App on your mobile.

Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the galleries.

There are several dog rings and a water bowl outside the Serpentine South Gallery where dogs can be kept for short visits at the owner’s risk.

Dogs on leads are welcome inside the Serpentine Pavilion.
