The artist-led sessions explored connections between Zinzi Minott's artistic practice and the Pierre Huyghe exhibition.

Minott’s solo and collaborative pursuits focus on the relationships between dance and politics. She is interested in how dance is perceived through the prisms of race, queer culture, gender and class.

Workshops were 90 minutes and took place at the Serpentine Galleries, Kensington Gardens.

The workshops were free for state-funded schools in the Greater London area and were for groups of up to 25 students age 5-16.

Serpentine Galleries supports Artsmark Schools. Artsmark is Arts Council England’s nationally recognised flagship programme. For further information about Artsmark please follow this link artsmark.org.uk.
