Serpentine South Gallery 3–25 Apr 1976 Free

This exhibition of forty-five works served as the Serpentine Gallery’s tribute to Jeremy Moon, who had died tragically in a motorcycle accident three years earlier.

Jeremy Moon (1934-73) was a Cheshire-born abstract painter and sculptor who was also known for his teaching at both St. Martin's and Chelsea schools of art.

The show surveyed his achievements and included work from the first full year of his painting career right up to his last completed canvas.
