Park Nights: Giles Round and Mark Aerial Waller Kafe Pittoresk's l’expérience du monde visionnaire
Giles Round and Mark Aerial Waller presented an evening that used Barbet Schroeder’s counter-cultural film More, 1969, as a framework for a psychedelic presentation of music, sculpture and performance.
The London-based artists Round and Aerial Waller take influences from sources, including Constructivism and the artist Jeff Koons, and they re-edit some of the film’s sequences, mixing them with footage from modernist abstract films.
Park Nights 2009

The season culminated in October with Poetry Marathon, the latest in the Gallery’s acclaimed series of Marathons, conceived by Hans Ulrich Obrist, Serpentine Gallery Co-Director.
All events were held in the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion 2009, designed by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA.
