Over three Saturdays, actors and performers read texts written and selected by Lynette Yiadom-Boakye on the occasion of her exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery.

On Saturday 20 June, performers James Anthony, DeVon Jackson, Jennie Latham and Chris Machari read selections of works by Maya Angelou, Charles Baudelaire, James Baldwin, Emily Dickinson, William Shakespeare and Lynette Yiadom-Boakye.

Saturdays Live explore ideas and practices connected to Serpentine’s exhibitions and programmes through talks, readings and participatory actions.
