Interview: Jennifer Packer

“When I walk through museum collections, I see all the things that aren’t there.”

This film takes us from Jennifer Packer’s studio in the Bronx, New York to her solo exhibition, The Eye Is Not Satisfied With Seeing, here at the Serpentine in London. We visited Jennifer at her studio shortly before the opening of her show to discuss themes of race, power, loss and belief that run through her work and a new painting, Blessed Are Those Who Mourn (Breonna! Breonna!).
